About The Role
The Selwood Marketing team are based in the headquarters in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire and the busy department supports the nationwide business in all matters marketing related with some exciting new initiatives on the horizon.
 
Our small marketing team are looking for a Marketing Manager (Digital) to join the team (reporting to the Head of Marketing) to devise, own and deliver marketing campaigns to specific B2B audiences focusing on digital implementation and improving performance.
 
Main Responsibilities:
 
  • To work with the marketing team and their key stakeholders to implement online strategies to deliver more sales leads 
  • To deliver online communications activity and measure the impact.
  • Take ownership of specific campaigns and implement activities across the marketing mix including content generation, digital marketing, social media marketing. 
  • To recommend activity in support of marketing objectives.
  • To represent the Marketing team at meetings with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • To ensure activity complies with and supports Selwood brand guidelines and core messages
 
Qualifications & Skills:
 
  • Recognised marketing qualification plus proven career within Marketing
  • Knowledge of digital implementation, management and measurement, PPE, SEO and Google Analytics
  • Ability in delivering and measuring marketing automation and working with CRM
  • Proven history of creating branded content for digital distribution
  • Good knowledge of grammar and punctuation
  • Working knowledge of Showpad, Microsoft Dynamics and Sharepoint or willingness to learn

This role  will be based in Chandlers Ford, with occasional travel to Selwood branches, Monday to Friday 20 hours per week.
