About The Role
The Selwood HR Team are based in the headquarters in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire and the busy department supports the nationwide business in all matters HR, Recruitment & Training.
Due to the continued success and growth of the business, the team are looking for Resourcing Administrator to join the existing team on an initial 6 month contract to provide resourcing &  resourcing administrative support to the department.
This role will work closely with the Resourcing Manager and Resourcer and will have the opportunity to actively be involved with the recruitment process and engaging of new hires.
It is essential for this role that the individual has previous history working within an  within a busy HR / Recruitment environment due to timescales involved in the work the department carries out. The role requires a positive, engaged individual with a "can-do" work ethos and who can demonstrate the flexibility required with undertaking ad-hoc tasks as required. High attention to detail is required as well as the ability to self organise own workload.
The administrative tasks of the role will include usage of HR and Resourcing systems, so proficiency within databases as well as all Microsoft office packages and email is essential, as well as the ability to communicate professionally verbally and in written form. This role will be dealing with Selwood stakeholders, customers, suppliers and candidates daily by telephone and in person so strong interpersonal skills are needed.
The resourcing department manages all recruitment for the business on a nationwide basis. The department works with high volume roles which are business critical, so knowledge of the recruitment cycle is a must, along with proven history of candidate management (through direct sourcing and qualifying candidate calls) along with the ability to be extremely organised. This role will carry out direct sourcing by a number of methods, scheduling interviews on behalf of the business and issuing of employment contracts and associated documents.
This role will join a busy team, and will be given training and support in order to be able to work proficiently within the Resourcing and the wider HR function.
The Resourcing Administrator role will be based in Chandlers Ford, with occasional travel to Selwood branches, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
