About The Role
The Selwood Marketing team are based in the headquarters in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire and the busy department supports the nationwide business in all matters marketing related with some exciting new initiatives  on the horizon.
Due to the continued success and growth of the business, the team are looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager join the existing team ( reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager) to support, devise and deliver marketing campaigns to specific B2B audiences in line with company objectives.
It is essential for this role that the individual has previous history working within campaign management and measurement, as well as a proven history in B2B marketing activities.
 Main Responsibilities:

  • To work with sales and operational teams within the business to create and implement marketing plans in line with company objectives.
  •  To deliver cross channel communications activity and measure the impact.
  • Take ownership of specific campaigns and implement activities across the marketing mix including content generation, digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, events, PR and internal communications.
  • To recommend activity in support of marketing objectives.
  • To represent the Marketing team at meetings with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • To ensure activity complies with and supports Selwood brand guidelines and core messages.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Recognised marketing qualification
  • Proven history within  a B2B marketing environment
  • Knowledge and delivery of campaign management and measurement
  • Strong grammar and punctuation skills.
  • Confident self starter, organised and ability to work with initiative

This role  will be based in Chandlers Ford, with occasional travel to Selwood branches, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Selwood invest heavily in the training and development of our staff and courses will be provided as relevant to this position.
