About The Role

The Workdry Group has seen enormous growth over recent years. Due to this we’re pleased to be adding a Group Internal Communications Manager into our friendly Marketing team, to help support and develop employee engagement throughout the group.

If you’re passionate about delivering internal communication strategies for a global workforce with a forward-thinking vision for future opportunities, then this is the role for you! 

As the Group Internal Communications Manager, you’ll get to:

  • Work as part of the wider marketing team, embedding the Workdry values, strategy, and brand.
  • Work with multiple teams across the companies to ensure all messaging is consistent.
  • Manage, create and roll out a new employee engagement survey.
  • Use data and industry best practice to develop communication strategies aimed at enhancing engagement.
  • Coordinate internal events, including the potential for a future Workdry Expo.
  • Develop creative content, including copy-writing, video creation and presentations.
  • Maintain an annual calendar of internal communications.
  • Plan, edit and write content for internal communication channels.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education in marketing, communications, or a relevant degree with demonstratable skills in marketing communications.
  • A track record in developing and delivering internal communication strategies for a global workforce (including non-office-based/frontline employees).
  • Ability to spot opportunities, build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.
  • Creative ability to design and deliver internal communications content in a simple and engaging way.
  • Ability to work well within a team or autonomously, and comfortable with remote collaboration using Teams.
  • Full UK Driving Licence, and the willingness to travel around the UK and internationally.
